Following the huge success of Board of Directors (BOD) Challenge 2014, this year XL Future Leaders program proudly presents the second BOD Challenge 2015. At XL Future Leaders program, we always believe that hands-on experience is invaluable tool that provides great impact for learning.

For the fourth time in four consecutive years, XL Axiata held its signature annual leadership conference, XL Future Leaders National Conference on 13 – 15 November 2015.

After reviewing more than 159 submissions from round one process, we are thrilled to announce the following names as shortlisted candidates of XL BOD Challenge 2015. This is a list of all those selected in round two process.

Yesterday emails were sent to all those registrants that have been chosen in our first round of selections for XL Future Leaders Batch 4. Below is a list of all those selected in round one from more than 16,000 that registered for the program earlier this year.

Yesterday emails were sent to all those registrants that have been chosen in our first round of selections for XL Future Leaders Batch 3. Below is a list of all those selected in round one from more than 13,000 that registered for the program earlier this year.

XL Future Leaders 2014 registration for Batch 3 is now officially closed.  This year we had more than 13,000 applicants from across Indonesia so we are excited to see who will be in the upcoming batch of Global Leaders.
