Food tastes better when you eat it with your family and pain feels lighter when you share it with others.

XL Future Leaders students showed big love in Pidie Jaya, Aceh on Sunday, 11 December 2016 after strong earthquake hit Aceh. Pidie Jaya is the most affected region after the 6.5 SR earthquake hit Aceh in the previous week. At least 100 people were killed and more than 45,000 people displaced. This disaster is not only breaking the heart of Aceh people but also everyone who sees all over the news.

As a real contribution, XLFL alumni and students in all region hand-in-hand to collect money and gather more than IDR 6 million. The money is then converted into daily supplies (milk, diapers, food, clean water, and blanket). XLFL students in Banda Aceh took the time to travel to Kota Mereudu, Pidie Jaya and gave direct donation, did storytelling, and motivated 150 local kids in the affected area of the earthquake.

The most loving part of this charity is Kids Fun Games for Trauma Healing. This activity is designed for 70 kids but turned out 150 kids showed up and played the games. The activity consists of story telling, drawing and coloring, and puzzle games. Even though it was just a game, but XLFL students designed it seriously that it could serve as therapy after disaster.
