Announcing XLFL Batch 5 Selection Process

Through a series of inspiring roadshow and weeks of online recruitment, we are very excited to receive a huge number of applicants. For XL Future Leaders Batch 5, we have done 29 roadshows in total in 23 cities with impressive energy came along with the event. Our roadshow had been a success as we saw 3,622 university students attended with great amount of curiosity about the program.

In total, 11,536 names submitted their applications and these are names who made it to top 2,100. Below is the list of the round one selections:

Starting off this September, we will travel to conduct direct assessment.

30 July – Recruitment closing

1 – 5 August – Internal selection

20 August – 9 October – Direct Assessment in XL Regional Offices

31 October – Final Announcement

18 & 19 November – National Conference in Jakarta (mandatory for accepted students)
