Indra Ardiyanto is Manager Management Service Region Central (West Java, Central Java and Yogyakarta) PT. XL Axiata Tbk who loves traveling and photography

Started his journey in XL Axiata since year 2000 as Project Engineer at XL Center Sunset Road Bali, then spent the next 16th years of his career in Jakarta, Kalimantan and West Java, made him one of the most prominent person in the company. His team reputes him as an energetic, supportive, humble and sincere person who always striving for success.

Communication has become his biggest passion ever since he was a Student.  He really enjoys meeting with people, having a conversation and networking. “Talk and connect with people makes us realize that we have a lot of things to share and learn”. Said Indra. He then explained more by accepting our own selves creates other acceptance too, thus we can freely exchange values to others. “I want to be remembered as person who share happiness and positivity to people I meet”. He said. This principle brought him way further to his position right now as Manager Management Service Region Central.

Even though He has packed time in work, the man who became Best 5 in Asia-Africa Conference last year always tries to balance his life, by quenching other part of his life namely “a small precious kingdom, His Family”. He will be most likely staying at home with family, being casual, having movies marathon, or just go enjoying his fave food, mie yamin asin baso, close to his house. His family oriented habit does not derive out of nowhere; it’s a legacy from his parents. “Though born as youngest child in my family, my parents showed real love by spending more time with their children, and encouraged me to be something I really want to be”. Therefore He adores and tries to do same way to be a good Dad to his precious Son, Ataya.

 Besides spending time with family on his free time he has two fave places to visit “Beach is my good weather friend to spend my spare time, it helps me escaping from my routines”. He then explained that Enjoying beautiful sunrise and sunset combine with the beauty of the nature is pretty much relaxing for him. Museum is another spot he loves to spend during holiday or week end. It is always fun to see the uniqueness and historical stuffs at the museum.

Passionate in a profession is not merely through working in that field only but it reaches wider horizon as well. That Indra is willing to show. Now, He is actively involved in some initiatives or movement. He is currently active in PBC Perhumas (Public Relations Community) Committee. The Best Media Relations 2010 (by Himpunan Wartawan Bisnis Bandung), and Best Execution for XLFL 4 Roadshow were among all of his outstanding achievements.

As dynamically interacts with the millennial generation in various occasions, makes him believes that youth nowadays have more opportunities to develop their potential. Digital era has come, and they are free to access any information and knowledge to upgrade their capabilities. On the other hand, with the massive growth of the big era, the competition becomes very tight so the young generation has to perform their best, be innovative and “out of the box” to win the competition.

He encourages the young Generation to keep their open learning attitude and be adaptive and adjustable to any change. Always scale up your knowledge, grab and embrace any precious opportunities come and be the best version of each self. “Digital Era creates challenge and opportunity, you can win the challenges and grab the opportunities by always thinking extraordinary, give the idea beyond somebody else can do!” Suggested Indra.
