XL Future Leaders Digital Leaders Competition is an annual competition presented by XL Axiata. For the first edition of this competition, XLFL challenges university students around Indonesia come together across disciplines to tackle some of cities’ pressing issues.

For 2016 edition, XLFL has received nearly 1,100 proposals. They came up with various ideas to solve problems on healthcare, public services, transportation, education, e-finance, and many other services. Digital Leaders Competition committee has been in the full swing to shortlist the proposals and here are those who make it to Top 133:

For the next stage, shortlisted candidates/teams should develop their ideas further and send it through to selection@xlfutureleaders.com by September 30^th at the latest. You are expected to send the following:

1. 5-pages proposal
   • Page 1: Background of the project. It demonstrates an in-depth research and evidence with credible resources
   • Page 2: Identify and describe the social issues in relation to digital technology solution
   • Page 3: Detailed project implementation plan
   • Page 4: Demonstrate measurable output & impact
   • Page 5: Show collaboration between government, society, and other stakeholders
