Announcing XLFL Batch 5 Selection Process

Through a series of inspiring roadshow and weeks of online recruitment, we are very excited to receive a huge number of applicants. For XL Future Leaders Batch 5, we have done 29 roadshows in total in 23 cities with impressive energy came along with the event. Our roadshow had been a success as we saw 3,622 university students attended with great amount of curiosity about the program.

On Sunday (19/6/2016), XL Future Leaders Makassar Batch 3 Students held a social act named ‘Ramadhan Act’, in collaboration with Keluarga Mahasiswa Kota Palu (KMKP) and Worldwide Language Community of Engineering 09 Senat Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hasanuddin (Welcome).

Seseorang biasa dilihat dari satu identitas kariernya yang jelas.

Sementara itu, pribadi yang memiliki lebih dari satu karier cenderung dianggap negatif stau belum mampu menemukan identitas kariernya. Dengan pandangan semacam itu, keunikan individu menjadi terabaikan.

On May 2^nd each year, all Indonesians commemorate National Education Day. On this very day, the whole nation usually show their part to contribute towards the betterment of the society. Schools, universities, and other education entities have their own unique way to inspire. 

Horas Medan!

Total 450 Students attended the second XLFL Batch 5 roadshow event which was held at Mutiara Suara Nafiri Convention Hall Medan, April 27th 2016. The Students came from various universities, such as Universitas Sumatera Utara, Universitas Negeri Medan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, and Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara.

XL Future Leaders program proved its adequate quality again by taking home a trophy at Global CSR Awards 2016 in Excellence in Provision of Literacy & Education category in Bali, 21 April 2016. The awarding night is held as part of The 8^th Annual Global CSR Summit & Awards 2016 in conjunction with The Global Corporate Governance & Transparency Summit 2016.
