20 – 23 November 2014, XL Axiata held a National Conference in order to celebrate the graduation of the participants Future Leaders XL Batch 1 at the same time to welcome the participants XL Future Leaders Batch 3 generation.

The event was attended by the President Director of XL, Hasnul Suhaimi, in Jakarta. In the third year, XL Future Leaders managed to attract more than 12,000 applicants from various universities in Indonesia. After going through a tight competition and a long process, 145 participated in the list success to be XL Future Leaders Batch 3. The selected participants will gain leadership training that focuses on three key competencies for 2 years. All three of these competencies is Effective Communication, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Managing Change.

Graduation XLFL Batch 1

This year, 103 participants graduated XL XL Future Leaders Batch 1. Graduation participants first batch is expected to increase the number of talented young Indonesian to compete in the entrepreneurial world both locally and internationally.

 

Display Social Project XLFL Batch 1

Prior to graduation, all participants XL Future Leaders Batch 1 are divided into several groups are required to create a social project that apply knowledge, skills and knowledge that has been gained over 2 years. There are 33 social projects were completed, this project expected to help Indonesia even when XLFL students still in the young age.
