XL Future Leaders Alumni President’s Profile

Satrya Putra Adhitama, also known as Dhito, is the elected President of XL Future Leaders Alumni. For this position, he is working together with six regional governors, which are Jakarta Region, Bandung Region, Jogjakarta-Semarang Region, Surabaya Region, Makassar Region, and Medan Region. Together they build solid engagement between XL Future Leaders Alumni, students, and facilitator, in regards to develop Indonesia.
Dhito is the 2nd President for XL Future Leaders Alumni. He was chosen on November 14th 2015 by voting from all of the students from XL Future Leaders Batch 2. He has a bachelor in Business Management from Prasetya Mulya University. He also runs his own garment business named NAMA (Neutral Alliances Mold Altogether). As an entrepreneur, he aspires to create impactful program together with the team for this year and beyond combining all of the Alumni and students’ interests. His responsible includes the financial planning, event schedule, alumni gathering and all of things that required with his supporting team and facilitator. “It is not the strongest, nor the biggest that would survive, but the one that could adapt.†as he said in his speech on the National Graduation of XL Future Leaders Batch 2. He thought that engagement and bonding are the things that could make us survive and adapt, so the first that he did is develop those two things by keep us in contact through social media.
Dhito realizes that the networking between XL Future Alumni, students and facilitator is important. It could only last if we maintain the networking itself. So, in the near future, he already plans to develop a platform that could provide anything that needed to maintain the networking, such as newest updates about the XL Future Leaders Alumni and any kind of information for XL Future Leaders Alumni.
His big dream is to develop Indonesia by maximizing all resources that is XL Future Leaders Alumni already have. XL Future Leaders are from all around Indonesia and from diverse universities and majors. “We never knew what our friends will be in the future. I believe that everyone is going to be something that can help to develop Indonesia. This is a great thing if only we could maximize all of our resources.†as he said in the interview.
At last, everything that he and his team do will be able to happen and continue if the whole XL Future Leaders Alumni, students, and facilitator are willing to work together as a team. Think together, develop together, and act together.
